Few if any, factory built structure designs offer the flexibility of the Panelwerx system Each Sips homeowner and or contractor has a variety of options tailored to meet their individual needs. Structural panels can be anywhere from 1 1/2" to 12 1/2" thick, and use either EPS or XPS foam in 1 to 2 pound densities.

Panelwerx has capability to convert your plans assisting you in your dream home. Additional engineering services are available by highly skilled Professional Engineers licensed in many states.

Panelwerx also offers fully designed "quiet floor systems" and beams to meet your needs.
Most designs and floor plans can be constructed on a slab, crawl space, or basement.
Interior partitions can be located to accommodate personal preference not structural requirements.
The placement and kinds of windows are highly flexible.
"L" or "U" shaped floor plans can be utilized to make the best use of smaller less costly lots.
The building exterior can be anything from a castle to a cabin. Exterior finishes may be done in a variety of ways to meet your local building codes.
Due to the energy, efficiency of the structure, a smaller heating and cooling system can be used.
The system is efficient enough that some homeowner's can be his or her own contractor. Those owners who choose to do some work themselves not only gain satisfaction for their effort, but also contribute to the value of the structure.
